Hello! Feedback from our employees is very important to us. Our employees experience daily work life in our centers and are on the front lines of the services we provide for our community. It is our hearts desire that we are not only the best center for children to learn and grow but the best early education center for our professional staff to LOVE to come to work.
Today, we are asking for your feedback on your professional relationship with the Director of your center. The following questions will give us an idea on how she is managing the center from an employee’s perspective.
The information we gather from this survey will aid in our annual evaluation of our Director’s performance. This evaluation will be confidential and the information we learn will be compiled in a report we will present to the Director as a part of her annual evaluation.
